Delivery conditions


The package is delivered to the address via the delivery service.



Products ordered from the online retailer are delivered to the entrance of the customer's residential building. If it is a residential building, the delivery person is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor where the customer is located, but to the entrance of the building. The goods are delivered throughout the territory of the Republic of Croatia and Europe. Delivery is made via the GLS delivery service, General Logistics System, and Paket 24 of the Croatian Post Office. Delivery of the ordered goods is within two to thirty working days. The delivery time may be longer than indicated if the ordered products are not currently available or if the customer received the online purchase confirmation during the weekend or during a national holiday. The customer undertakes to sign the delivery note when receiving the package, which the delivery service takes as a confirmation of receipt for the ordered products. If the customer refuses the package of ordered goods during delivery (at the desired address), the online retailer has the right to request compensation for postal and general handling costs.


The price of delivery depends on the weight, dimensions of the product and the place of delivery.


When receiving the shipment, it is necessary to inspect the package in order to rule out any visible damage to the package. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately. If the shipment does not seem to be damaged, feel free to accept the delivery and sign the delivery note.
